Worst customer service ever
This is a long one. I have been dealing with with customer service for the last 2 month.
I am a new customer the install tech put the line in the front of my house. I did not want it there. I called and chatted to get it moved and was promised over and over they would change it.I was given appointments and time. I took off work several times and still no show. Until one rep said I had to pay the relocation fee. I did not want to do it. Because it was not my fault. The rep promised me I would get my money back. I only needed to call back after the install. Ok, I believed him and did it. The install happened and I was happy. Now, I'm trying to get my money back and guess what? Yep, I cant. Again, I called, chatted, tickets opened and nothing. My most recent interaction was with Joe Anderson #515316. Who told me flat out its policy and would not give me the money. You got me! Good Job, Xfinity. As soon as I get an option to find someone else I will. You lost a bill paying customer.
