Worst customer service ever

we just called you with a Comcast question on our service that was just changed through your store that we were told to go to to change things .

We spoke to a woman named Rocky that was so rude to us over the phone not helpful and blaming things on us!

Is this what kind of customer service you teach your people? We have been loyal customers for years and years!  We called because we have Netflix in our plan, but she’s trying to tell us this Rocky Girl that because we went into the store that you guys are not affiliated with that must be the problem. I reminded her that we went into a store that we were told to go to to make Changes! She informed us that you don’t make any changes unless it’s over the phone. What is going on?????? 
I have never been treated so rudely by a company that I’ve been so loyal to.

We called you guys for a question and this is how we’re treated!!!!
