Worst customer service ever

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews but I have to say something this time. The customer service is for the birds! Not only did it take me an hour to finally get through the automated system but then I had to hold for 20 minutes to actually speak to someone bc the guy I was chatting with earlier in the day said my connection would be fixed in two hours and it was not. Now they say they have to have a technician come out in FOUR DAYS. I’m sorry but in this day and age who can go without internet for that long especially if u work from home. Customer service didn’t care and was unwilling to let me speak with a manager. Needless to say I’m switching back to Armstrong.

It's absolutely horrific! All I want is an email address to send them a photo of my problem and all I can get is a freaking robot chat. I'm about to drive up to the corner and switch to fios. I can't stand this anymore.
