Worst customer service EVER!!

New service.  Modem has been on perpetual restart for 36 hours.  Can't get a live agent thru automated system or Assistant because modem on "restart" even unplugged!  Bad modem?  Need a live agent callback!!!

user_ge7o4q Thanks for reaching out! If your location has not had Xfinity Service before, or it's been a long time a technician would be needed to help install service. If the location has had Xfinity service recently, you might try connecting the Xfinity Gateway, or your own modem to another cable outlet in the home.
