Worst Customer Service EVER
We just moved to a house and went to activate our new modem/services last night and it wasn’t working. My husband was on the customer service chat for about 2 hours last night and it seemed to be going somewhat well. They told us someone would be out right away the following morning. Specifically, they said someone would be by TODAY between 8-10am EST. Well no one showed up so I initiated another chat, and tried to call by you literally CANNOT talk to a REAL person ever. The new chat agent said that the technician would be by between 12-2pm EST. I gave him my phone number as I was the one home and it is not linked to the account. He said he added it and all was set. When I looked back at the app it said my service appointment was for THURSDAY between 8-10am. This is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what was asked and spoken about. I had to get on with a chat agent FIVE more times and have been reassured a dozen times that everything is taken care of and a “Tier 3” technician would be coming by today…… STILL NO ONE. AND when I went to my profile they changed the appointment time to TOMORROW!!! I am not sure what is wrong with this company, but it is so extremely flawed and I have never had a worse experience in my life. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible as this is the worst company ever.
