Worst customer service EVER!!

I’ve been experiencing more “outages” than I had ever before. Tried to call customer service to understand why this is occurring and ideally get some answers however, I cannot connect or speak to a human being. Why xfinity knowingly chooses to ignore its customers about its customer service is mind boggling.  To xfinity: we are people who are over-paying for a service that should be free.  When I was kid we had tv antenna we wiggled if we had a connection issue.  Although this “wiggling” wasn’t ideal we didn’t pay for it. It is unacceptable that xfinity treats its customers this way given the amount it charges for its service.  Absolutely unacceptable, I will contact me state rep about this.
