Worst customer service ever

I was trying to upgrade my tv to the ultimate tv package and the app doesn’t work, the website didn’t work so I called and it’s just an automatic message that just bounces you around and does nothing. Xfinity has to be the worst customer service ever with the most inconsistent internet too. I wanted to upgrade my package now I’m going to cancel.

No thanks people should see how awful the customer service is. Took an hour and a half to talk to a real person. Stop being cheap Xfinity were real people we want to talk to real people thanks bye
