Worst Customer Service EVER

Trying to cancel my xfinity internet should not take very long. I started by looking at the website, and it's crazy that there are no options given to cancel. Every other service or subscription I have ever used makes it quick and easy to cancel, except for Xfinity. I went into the chat multiple times a day for 3 days to speak with an agent. Every time I asked to speak with an agent about cancelling my account it said no one was available. I tried this at 5:30 am, 9 am, 12 noon, 5 pm, 9 pm all times of the day for 3 days and got the same message. I even tried to schedule a call with them and kept getting an error screen. Do you see how evil it is to provide 2 options to cancel your account, and both are inaccessible?

After trying today for a 4th day and again having it say no agents are available, I decide to say I have a billing question and need to speak with an agent. Well, wouldn't you know that 5 seconds later I am talking to an agent. Even though 5 seconds before, it said no agents were available when I was trying to cancel the account. That seems wholly misleading and a calculated attempt to rob your customers. I had to end up talking to 3 different agents, because whenever I would click out of the tab the chat would disappear and start over, and I no longer had access to the agent I was chatting with. The first 2 agents spent 20-30 minutes each trying to convince me to stay. I said from the onset and reaffirmed repeatedly that I absolutely did not want to stay with xfinity, and I was not interested in any promotional offers (you know the ones where they promise you a low price and then 12 months later its doubled?). They are basically debating me of how great Xfinity is, and why I should stay, and these tactics only made me want to cancel my account more. 

Finally a third agent was able to cancel the account after over an hour of back and forth and end arounds. Not to mention the difficulty in having people in different countries communicating in less than effective means. I actually liked Xfinity internet as a product, but these tactics of the company, and making it nearly impossible to cancel your account has made me never want to use them for anything ever again.
