Worst Customer Service and Blamed Me
Xfinity did not tell me when my price was going to go up but she. Talked to a live agent she informed they sent an email. I never got an email I was literally searching through all my Xfinity emails not once did I find one notifying me my services were going to be charged more. I didn’t mind paid the $103 when my original bill was $55. Called them to ask what was going on to switch it back to the old one. They did not they charged me $86 without automatic payments, $76 with automatic payments. I called asked them why they put me on this plan instead of the $55 one. They “changed” my plan again to the $86 one. I thought things were fixed obviously they were not. I got an additional $30 charge for over use of data which has never happened in four years but started to happen every month since the price change. I’ve been paying over $100 a month for whatever reason. I finally call and get angry, this is now the 6th time I’ve contacted them. Finally got it back down to $55 but my account had a balance of $126 confused I asked what was going to happen to that charge since they did not do what I asked last time. He said to pay the $55 and the rest would be taken care of. Welp. I paid the $55 and now I’m getting charged a late fee on top of it all and now owe $137 after paying $55. I have no idea what is happening. I don’t know how it got to this point. I finally canceled my services. No one is giving me credit for little wasting over 4 hours of my life talking to these people trying to get things figured out. I told them to send my bill to collections that I’d rather deal with collections than deal with comcast. You guys are absolutely garbage. A multi million dollar company should fix the $137 mistake instead of dropping a customer that has been with you for over five years and blaming me for the problem. Funny I did not have a problem for over five years yet your company is so greedy you’d rather steal money from the back of American families. You have failed miserably.
