Worst customer experience ever

I have spoken or chatted with 29 agents, spent 17 hours of my time and gone to the Xfinity store (one hour away) for nothing. Your agents messed up swapping my phone number. Now my number is locked and no one seems to care.

  I've been told it would be fixed in 24 hours. I've been. Told they will call me back .... Nothing .. absolutely nothing.

  This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company.

Just an update. The Xfinity agents who run this forum were the only ones who actually helped me. They are the best ive seen at xfinity. Thank you all for finally solving my issue.
