Worst company
We currently have a wire that is draping down and causing a safety concern for the community. Xfinity does not care. They are not taking the situation seriously and urgently. They said that they will send someone out some time tomorrow. Unacceptable.
We will be transferring our service to a more professional and caring company

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
