Worst Company I have ever dealt with
We have been without service for the better part of two weeks as have all my neighbors. Nobody can reach a human. All of us have or had appointments with techs who allegedly fixed the problem only to not have the problem fixed. One tech told a neighbor Xfinity will need to bury new cable to fix the problem. The AI agent is a joke. You have no problem continuing to charge your high fees and provide zero service. Oh you credit back a minuscule amount. You should credit everybodys money back. The AI resolution to every problem- unplug your chord and plug it back in. No wonder cable is dying.
