Worst company EVER

Having trouble posting on the forum,  guess it doesn't work either..lol..lost cable 2 days ago..have spent almost 4 hours on my phone,trying to resolve,impossible to speak to anyone..was informed, they were doing "work in the area"..our apartment complex office has issues along with many other tenants...finally did..was lied to,was told, due to a cancelation, someone would be here today,  left work early..just to find out, complete lie..someone not scheduled til 4 days from now..IM forced to use xfinity ..bottom line...if you have options..DON'T choose xfinity

@XfinityMarcus​ it seems you reply the same way over and over and over again..A Script...no you cannot help...besides giving me the satisfaction, of knowing..that you know..your companies "customer satisfaction" is one of the worst in the world
