WORST COMPANY EVER

Your customer service is truly incompetent. You are the hardest company to get a hold of to talk to somebody on the phone. It’s absolutely insane. The hoops that you have to jump through just to talk to somebody about your plan. And then you get charged three times more a month than you were contracted to get charged. it’s infuriating. I literally would not recommend Xfinity to anybody that I know.  I am canceling my service. I will literally never use Xfinity again.
