Worst company ever.
I recently moved into an apartment that has a deal with xfinity. The modem is in the place, and all we have to do is sign in and activate it. This is day 4 with no wifi. But hey! Don’t worry, they are coming in 5 days to check it out!!
I’m happy that the service I should have had, will MAYBE be fixed within the first 10 days I’ve lived here. Customer service cannot help me. I cannot login to my account anymore. And yesterday I was promised I would be put on an appointment schedule to be visited from 3pm-5pm today. Guess what? I was never on the list to begin with.
So I’m writing this review because of how frustrated I am. I’m sure only 10 people will see it, but all-in-all [Edit: Language] xfinity. A multi-million dollar company that is not able to fix an issue within a couple days is absurd.
Truthfully, I hope this company goes under so no one will have to deal with a huge provider not actually helping their customer. If our apartment was not locked in with xfinity I would never look at them again. Obviously I will never use them again as they are as useful as a smart TV with no wifi.
[Edit: Language], xfinity.
