Worst company ever!!! Absolute ripoff!

I hate this service provider! I’m currently working on new internet. I have been with them for many years and today I reached my breaking point. I work from home and they said I made a payment arrangement that I know for sure I didn’t. So they disconnected my services and would not turn them back on until I paid the balance. Mind you, it told me I had until the 22nd to make the past due amount payment. Instead they disconnected my services on the 16th and forced me to pay the past due amount before restoring my services. Even though I never set a payment for the 15th and it clearly said I had until the 22nd. Unfortunately, I had to take pay it bc I needed to get back to work as I stated before I work from home. But they have honestly lost a good loyal customer as I will be working on getting new internet services from someone else. This is not the way to treat your loyal customers. I would not recommend getting their services at all to anyone. They are already overpriced, services go in and out and have too many outages, customer services representatives are no help and they are rude, and they are just overall not worth the hassle.
