Worst Company, Customer Service Avenues of Support, and Communication
I recently moved out of the home I shared with my mom. Xfinity services were in my name. I needed services at my new place so I called and asked if I needed a new account or if they could just add the new address. They said they could add the new address. My mom has officially also moved out of the home (its for sale), so I called to cancel services at the old address. I reiterated SEVERAL TIMES I did not want to cancel my mobile services, only the internet and cable at the old address. They reassurred me each time that my mobile service wouldn't be interrupted, only to come find out that was all a lie. My mobile services HAVE been canceled and no transferred over. This is just one of MANY issues I've had over the last 3 years. They didnt port my brothers cell phone off our plan when asked, we've just been paying this entire time, qhen confronted no one had any answers for us, no one knew anything, no idea. Whoever we talked to before lied about doing it, but of course, we didnt take names and honestly even if we did I doubt it wouldve made any difference. When I bought my bew phone, I explicitly asked for insurance because im clumsy, they said sure, and when it came time to using insurance, there was none and oh well not their problem.
Xfinity Mobile is an absolutely case of you pay for what you get. Its cheap and so are their employees support and infrastructure. Warnings to anyone else. Go somewhere else if you ca.
