WORST CABLE COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I have called/chatted 6+ times since the end of November, and it’s impossible to get through to anyone, and once I do, they don’t even resolve my issue!! I have so many complaints about this terrible company, but the reason I am posting is because they messed up my peacock subscription and it won’t let me sign in/use it. Each employee tells me something different and promises to fix my issue and nothing happens!! I’ve spoken to managers and they didn’t even fix my issue!! I cannot tell you how many countless hours I spent on the phone/chatting them and nothing gets resolved!! I am so fed up with this company, and they should be ashamed of how they conduct their business bc it is an absolute disgrace!!!!

It’s almost unbelievable how bad this company is, it’s well known , I lose internet 15-25 times a day, it’s been a year and they can’t seem to get it, and of course you can not ever reach a human being, I have finally decided to get rid of them after 15 years very sad
