Worse service ever!!!
Originally I was with San Bruno cable. It was bought out by Xfinity. God I wished this never happened. I was so happy with my old service paying only $40.00 a month. Found out I was now going to have to pay $55.00 a month for only 1 year then it will go up from there. Then was automatically given an appointment to connect my internet without asking me for a day I was working. When I told the. I could not be there they rescheduled for the following Friday from 6:00am to 8:00pM. What a long window of time. Then I found out because I did not take there mandatory first scheduled day the disconnected my internet. Been without internet for 3 days now. On the Friday of my appointment which I had to take a day off of work mind you. I waited until 6:00PM. Then decided to check in. I was told through the app that the technician was on there way and will be there anywhere from 6:15-6:45. 7:25 still no one. I called and the operator said they don’t know what is going on. Put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back got another operator. Who said they don’t know what’s going on but they will reschedule me for another day. I hung up this time. Decided to call back and asked to speak with a manager or customer complaint manager. After 15 mins on hold was told someone will call me back the next day anywhere from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. Worst service ever! I dint know how these people are still in business. I will never go with xfinity ever. I will tell everyone I know to never go with them and post my experience to as many people who will listen. Worst experience of my life. Where did customer service go in today’s society. How have we become so complacent with such incompetence.
