WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!
I called in because they want me to pay full price for the month, when I have documented text messages from them telling me my service will be out for half the month. Seeing as though I only got 15 days of service I should be expected to pay for only 15 days of service not 30. So the customer service rep cursed at me and told me I should have called to report the outages, even though they sent me text messages telling me my service would be out. So I asked for a supervisor. He just left me on mute for 45 minutes. So I 3-wayed another call to customer service with him on the line. I finally got a supervisor after being on hold for another hour and 15 minutes. The supervisor "Mercy" gets on the phone with a bad attitude telling me to calm down because I've only been on hold for an hour a 5 minutes. While technically she is correct in have been on the call WITH HER for an hour and 15 minutes but I was on the other call for 45 minutes to an hour. So she hangs up on me. Nothing is done and after 2½ hours on the phone with this GARBAGE A$$ COMPANY. I will be canceling all services from this company
