Worse customer service in the industry
Does anyone else agree that this automative robot does everything it can to stop you from speaking to someone. Then finally when they call me back, the operator hangs up on me after waiting forever to receive the call back. He didn't agree with my issue it seems and simply cut me off. I have had several issues with billing and they don't seem to have their customers organized. Great equipment and internet but is it worth the disrespect and not wanting to talk to us ever?
