Worse customer service in my life.

First gentleman I tried to get an upgrade from messed up the whole order. When I only got one phone for the wrong line, I called to cancel all mobile services with them. On the phone for over an hour and was assured it was resolved. While I haven't returned the phone yet, it's still in its box and not activated. But they charged me for the mobile lines. Then I get stuck on the app chatting with four different agents who all kept putting me in a circle with reparative everything except passing me to the next to do the same. Shivani, Sapada, and Mayank need to be reevaluated because they don't know what they are doing and are the reason everyone complains about your customer service. Abhishek was able to get me a phone call from Mark who did a great job and getting this resolved it. But we will see cuz they have said this before and I still had gotten charged.

@user_t9wl0u thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. Is there something I can help with?

Your mobile business is exhausting and not worth the trouble dealing with your services. Instead of my full refund for the lines I don't use, I was given a partial refund for three phone cables. You still owe me $23.50. What is going on with your reps. You need to fore everyone and hire people that can actually do their jobs. Shivani, Sapada, and Mayank are the worse to have helping anyone. Then Mark only partially refunded me. I want all my money back.
