Workers trespassing
Several years ago, your company convinced my Spanish speaking, non-English speaking dementia, ridden mother-in-law to sign documentation allowing you to put your equipment in my yard the equipment that’s for the whole neighborhood. That’s fine but we have a fence a 6 foot privacy fence and we have a sign that says beware of dogs. Your workers came to my house to do a job for someone in the neighborhood today and instead of knocking on the door to make sure there was no dogs in the backyard your workers entered the backyard, leaving the fence open while they were in the backyard did not securing the fence when they left the backyard. They left a wire above ground For my dogs to chew on, and did not properly Latch the fence when they left. Your workers endangered my dogs by number one, not making sure the dogs were not in the backyard number two leaving a wire above ground for them to chew on and number three not latching the fence when they left Luckily, my camera picked all this up and I was able to latch the fence. I called in to get the wire taken care of and I have to wait a few days so if my dogs chew up the exposed wire in the meantime, that’s on you, make sure your workers know to knock on a door, especially when they see a sign that says beware of dogs cause if they get bit that’s on them no notification no warning just entering my backyard without any permission I believe that’s trespassing. You did not have an emergency
