Work order confirmation, statement of service

Hi, I recently subscribed to Xfinity internet services, is it possible to get some sort of order confirmation letter or statement of service letter to my email?

I need a document that states the service I have ordered, the address to which the service will be supplied, and the date the equipment will be provided and/or service will begin.
