Wondering out my WiFi Extender
I was told yesterday at the store in Kentwood Michigan that the store location didn’t have any at the time but they will ship one to my house by tomorrow (today) but I don’t have any way to track if it’s actually coming or not.

Hello, @user_7s3dma thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I understand wanting to check on the status of equipment, and want to assist. When equipment is being shipped, you can track that either on the website or through the Xfinity App. Sign in and go to the "Billing" tab to view order status, shipping dates, and estimated delivery time.
When orders are placed for equipment you should also receive an order confirmation email, there is typically a spot on the email communication to click for tracking once that populates.
- Did you receive an email for the equipment order?
- When logging into your account, do you see any orders to check for shipping status?
