Wonderful customer service

Everyone Shivam at Xfinity customer support is the man! He helped my roomate and I out of a jam with our WiFi and was super patient and resourceful in scheduling a technician to come assist us with an installation. Most customer support representatives in the past I’ve seen to be very rude and impatient, but Shivam was the complete opposite. I cannot recommend his services enough to anyone who needs help and if the whole Xfinity team was like Shivam I think their overall customer service team would be rated much higher! Thanks again to Shivam he’s awesome!!
