Won tickets to sweepstakes I didnt sign up for... scam?

Here is the full email (with my name removed as public forum).  There is a link to click at the bottom with 2 buttons to either Accept or Decline.

You’ve been chosen as a 'prospective' Prize winner of the Xfinity Philadelphia Eagles Tickets Sweepstakes!  
PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) available. 

Prize Consists Of:

Two (2) Club Level Tickets and one (1) parking pass to a pre-determined Philadelphia Eagles regular season home football game which is scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA during the 2025 NFL season. Prize consists of only those items described herein and does not include travel to the game and/or accommodations, which are the sole responsibility of the winners. 

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1,042.00.

Accept your prize to create your prize fulfillment account. Once you accept your prize you have five (5) calendar days to complete, notarize, and upload winner documents into your prize fulfillment account. Failure to complete and upload winner documents by the deadline will constitute prize forfeiture and another winner will be selected. 

PLEASE NOTE: You have forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. If the prize has not been claimed within the forty-eight (48) hour timespan, the prize will be automatically forfeited and another winner will be selected.
