Without any kind of notice, Xfinity laid a cable across our yard, driveway and front door and started to dig in septic leech field

We (I and my wife, whole household) were unaware and did not know a cable was going to be placed on top of our yard with the intention of burying it later. The cable was placed from the pole then angled over a leech bed for our septic system then up the drive way right where we walked, front porch.  A definite trip hazard. We never gave permission, nor has Comcast/Xfinity made any attempt to contact us dealing with this, intent, no agreements were made. We never gave our consent or permission nor do we want the cable in our yard especially how it was laid. We want to later landscape this yard, driveway pave the driveway etc.

Could not get ahold of anyone, person with traditional usual support. Spent hours with zero results.

Can I get help here? The person that was digging, was told he was digging on private property and in a septic system leech field. He stopped and somewhat covered up the narrow trench he made up the leech field, still visible now a day after. He then got in his truck and left. There is no easement on this property, even if so, proper communication so damage and any other concerns could be worked out.

Can this cable be removed immediately? I do not want it bury on our property
