My wireless box was supposed to be mailed to me. It has been over a week and I have not received it.

Hi, @user_sbup3v  I'm glad you ordered a wireless box. These are really convenient! Do you happen to have any order confirmation emails or tracking numbers? If you have a tracking number you can easily track your shipment at www.Ups.com. If you don’t please let us know. We will need to work in a direct message if you don’t have any of these order details.

 

If needed you can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to “Xfinity Support.” This is the chat bubble right next to the Bell icon.
