Wish to order 2 XG1v4 4K cable boxes

I wish to replace an Arris AX013ANC (XG1v3) and a Samsung SX022ANC (XG2v2) with two XG1v4 cable boxes. Currently, the XG1v3 is connected to an LG 43UM6950DUB, while the XG2v2 is connected to a Samsung QN32Q60AAF, both of which are 4K televisions.

Yesterday, I finally received a second XG1v4 box. It was used, like the first one, which I totally understand since the XG1v4 has been around for a number of years. I hooked it up the same day it was delivered, and it works great, like the first one. Both XG1v4 boxes are Arris model AX014ANC boxes. I have tested the 4K and HDR functionality on both boxes and they work.

I am disappointed that it took four tries before what was requested was completely delivered. The first time, two XiD boxes were shipped, which lack 4K capability, tuners, and aren't DVRs. The second time, only one XG1v4 box was shipped. The third time, one Xi6 box was shipped, which is a 4K wireless box, which also lacks a tuner and isn't a DVR.

In case anyone is wondering, both XG1v4 boxes came with one HDMI cable each, that supports 3840x2160 at 60 frames per second. They also came with one XR15 remote each, and one coaxial cable each, and of course one power supply cord each.

Hopefully both boxes last for years. I officially consider this matter closed.

I was supposed to get TWO XG1v4 4K boxes, but I only received ONE. I want permission to direct message customer service to resolve this.
