wiring in the house (new address)

I'm moving to a new address but I'm not in the house yet.

How do I know if the house if properly wired for xfinity internet service?

When I use the tool online it says that service is available in my address but doesn't say if there is actual physical installation of the cables.

user_xoexbj My team can help you check the address for serviceability. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

There is no "xfinity support" in that icon. Is there another way to contact xfinity? I'm waiting on that to finalize the purchase.

mariosan If you're unable to send us a DM, then I would recommend to reach a Xfinity phone agent at 1-800-934-6489. They would be able to assist you further with your concerns.
