Wires hang too low- trucks can't access property

Your cable wires hang too low over the Emily Ave. entrance to our apartment complex at 180 Elizabeth St., Landisville, PA 17538.

Today our trash trucks could not exit our Landisville Apartments complex using the Emily Ave. exit without ripping down the wires because they hang too low! There have been several occurrences of your wires being pulled down by trucks trying to get into or out of this entrance. When repairs are made the wires are reinstalled too low. A couple of weeks ago xfinity installed a new cable wires over this entrance that is lower than before!

xfinity needs to raise these wires so that trucks can't get into and out of this property!
