Is there low hanging lines or is there cables lines on the ground that anyone can trip on them?

There are wires down in my area and my service is not working

Good morning @user_519xdl, and thanks for taking the time to report that there are lines down in your area. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can get a tech scheduled to work on getting your service back up, and those lines cleared.

There is a long black coaxial cable running from my cable box at [edit personal address] east to around the corner . This cable is on the sidewalk and represents a safety trip hazard.
