Wires Down in Street and Yard

Good morning,

I have submitted three tickets for wires down due to a storm/tree down on our street but they're repeatedly getting closed. How can we ensure someone will come out to look at our issue?

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

It's been 4 days and lots of people have got no response.thursday when it happened they came and fixed there part y'all was supposed to have come out the next day.theres wires all over the place
