Wires Down Causing Safety Risk and Xfinity is not helping

I cannot get a hold of anyone to tell me how xfinity is going to help fix this issue. A tree brought down the wires and they are now blocking traffic, we cannot get out of the house and it’s a safety issue for my 5 yr old son along with us. I cannot get a hold of a live person. I cannot make an appointment for anyone to come out to fix it. My entire neighborhood has service except for us and the automated voice keeps telling me they won’t give me a live agent until outage is resolved. How will it be resolved when the wires are not connected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and this is the worst policy and process I’ve ever experienced. I will file a lawsuit against comcast due to unsafe conditions Comcast has put our family in.
