The xfinity wires over the Emily Avenue entrance to our parking lot are too low. Several times trucks accessing our Landisville Apartments parking lot off of Emily Avenue rip down the cable and electrical wires because they are too low! Xfinity repairs these lines but at the same height they were at when they get ripped down! Xfinity needs to raise these wires so trucks can access our property. At the current height trucks avoid using that Emily Avenue entrance because of this. This denys the use of this entrance. Trucks need to come and go without worrying about ripping down wires!

I logged in to send the message so you know who I am. Besides, what is important us not who I am but what you are going ti do to resolve the low hanging wires instead of leading me in a wild goose chase! You do this so people with valid issues get discouraged. This is sickening XFINITY deception techniques! Instead of solving problems you always blame the customer! This is the opposite of support! Sheesh!
