Wire line telephone caller ID

I recently changed my XFINITY plan and since then I no longer receive caller ID on my TV when someone calls our home phone number

RJuth3300 On May 15, 2024, Caller ID on TV will no longer be available on non-X1 TV boxes. The feature will be removed from non-X1 TV boxes starting June 15, 2024, and will continue to be removed on a rolling basis through June 30, 2024. You can still receive Caller ID notifications on digital handsets compatible with Xfinity Voice and any X1 TV boxes in your home, we can assist you with upgrading all the equipment in the home, there would be shipping fees associated with the shipment, or you can also swap the boxes locally at any Xfinity store.

@XfinityThomasB​ I pretty sure I have an X1 box.   I changed my internet speed on my plan and now I no longer get caller id on my TV.    That’s all that changed.   All the hardware is the same.  I lease my modem and my tv box.
