wire installation at recently purchased home

I recently purchased an old home that has been vacant for over a decade. It is in a neighborhood with Comcast. I just signed up for Comcast internet, and the self-installation package is on its way. But my home does not have a cable coming to the house, so I will need a Comcast agent to come to my home to install a wire between my home and the utility line (which I think is buried, but I'm not sure).
