user_vqrpxa Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can make sure this cable is taken care of. Is the cable orange by chance? If so, it is probably a temporary cable to keep your neighbor connected to service until the permanent cable is either raised in areas where we connect service from the utility pole, or buried in areas where we have underground wiring.
