Wire Down on Property

I have had a cable wire come down during the wind storm last week. I tripped over it last week and hurt my back. When I tried getting customer support to take a look my cases are closed within 20 minutes. I am unsure of what to do next, thinking possible legal intervention is my only option if not fixed soon.

@JBer89 I would be more than happy to take a look and see what is happening to get that downed line taken care of. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
