Will the technician provide xFi Complete equipment?

Hi, I'm a new customer and xFi Complete is included in my plan. A technician is scheduled to arrive at my apartment next week—will they bring all the equipment needed (and included in xFi Complete) to begin my internet service?

If you opted for a professional installation then the technician would be bringing everything needed to get you online. I'm happy to double check things on our end to confirm as well as follow up after the installation to see how everything went. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
