Will never recommend Comcast to anyone again

I was told today by a cancelation team member that it doesn't matter what any other employee says, promises me, tells me or guarantees me, he won't be honoring what I was told and employees are allowed to be uninformed and wrong. How insane is it to have people working for your business that speak to people this way? I have been harassed by this company for 2 years over a remaining cancelation fee even after I was told by multiple employees at different times and dates that my cancelation fees were waived, would be waived, are already waived, I've been told the charges will be removed, to be rest ASSURED the charges are wrong and will be disputed, only to be told by a cancelation team member that he won't be honoring any of that. I explained why it was canceled and I was told because it was input wrong during initial cancelation, it can't be honored or changed now. I can't believe a company refuses to honor what their own employees consistently guarantee me. They'd rather harassed me than take a minimal loss. I will never do business with Comcast again and will be sure all my friends and family know about these practices.

TanaRae91 That certainly isn't how we want customers to feel even after they have left us. What was the reason for cancellation that the cancellation team refused to removed the ETF's for? We would be happy to assist in any way we can.
