bigmommy9797 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your install appointments. When an appointment is set up, a confirmation email is sent with the details. From there, you should be able to monitor the appointment for an updated time or rescheduling. Do you still see your appointment in the Xfinity app when you log in?
