We would recommend checking our Xfinity Status Center to see if there are any interruptions of service in your immediate area. Have you tried pulling the power cable out of the modem for about 20 seconds and then plugging it back in to see if the connection recovers? We would suggest doing that if nothing comes up in the status center.
