I bought the wifi pass for 30 days but I can’t connect it to my tv why is that ?

If you are speaking of the Xfinity NOW Wifi pass this is supported by a specific team since you do not have an account for us to work with. If you check out the payment receipt you received after you completed your purchase there is a support number you can reach out to directly for help.
