WiFi wire needs to get buried

I’ve been waiting for a month already to get my wifi wire bury everytime I call I get told the same thing. That they gonna escalate it and put a ticket and schedule for someone to come and bury my wire. I’ve had the same conversation with 5 different xfinity customer service representatives and they all say the same thing. That they gonna schedule for someone to come and bury the wire and at most it’s gonna take 14days. When I wait the 14 days that I’ve waited for 3 times I get told that there was nothing scheduled for someone to come and bury my wire. Now xfinity I ask you why is there multiple xfinity representatives that lied to me about scheduling for someone to come bury my wifi wire and why is it taking so long

Cable Drop bury requests do indeed take an average of 14 business days from the date the order is submitted to be completed. Delays may be caused by permits, weather conditions, utility marking, or other issues. Have you happened to notice if the ground around the cable has been marked to identify other utilities?

I wish you luck.  This seems to be a common experience.  Xfinity contracts this work out to random local third parties, apparently with zero communication or accountability.  It is typical to experience your order being closed repeatedly, claiming the work is complete, while your home security footage shows no one even came near the property. When you call Xfinity (after wasting time convincing the robot to let you talk with a human), the agent will have absolutely zero information about your situation, no ability to communicate with the technician or see their notes (because it was never an Xfinity tech), and just give you another date with their utmost sincere apologies, promising you have been escalated to the super critical ultra high level of drop bury requests.  This cycle will continue until you win the lottery.  Just search for "bury" on these support forums.  :)
