WiFi Transfer

Hi, I am looking to transfer service to my new build home but the address is not able to be found on the website. 2 of our neighbors addresses show up though.

user_c37fi6 Hello! Congrats on the new home, that is super exciting! We'll need to create a serviceability ticket to have our team add your address to the system. Then, you should be able to set up the transfer. Since we would need your personal info, would you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
