Wifi Service cancellation

Hi, I have moved out of the United States and I am currently in China. I can’t receive a U.S. callback, and the Xfinity app won’t connect me to an agent. I need to permanently cancel my Xfinity Internet service.

Please cancel the service for my account effective immediately and provide a confirmation number. I have already returned the Xfinity equipment through UPS.
