WiFi refusal to install at my apartment
A field technician came out almost a year ago and confirmed that the physical Xfinity coaxial drop line running from the main building utility hub in the apartment garage to my unit is dead and broken. The technician stated they could not fix it, and my apartment management refuses to touch it, claiming that all line infrastructure belongs strictly to Xfinity. Yet, I was able to order self install on the website based on the services offered at my address and was offered for a tech to come out.
Because I’m caught in a loop of finger-pointing between management and local dispatch, I’m reaching out to your corporate team for help. Under Internet Essentials policy, I qualify for a professional installation due to outside physical connection issues. Because Xfinity holds the utility franchise agreement for this building, I’m requesting that an engineering supervisor or senior field technician be dispatched to access the garage utility closet and repair or replace the broken line so I can access my internet utility.
Please let me know how we can schedule an advanced technician to resolve this garage connection.
