WiFi Ready Apartment Internet Order Processing for Multiple Days

I recently moved to an Xfinity WiFi Ready apartment. I signed up for an internet plan using the xfinity.com/connectnow instructions listed on the router and I can see the xFI router. When logging in to my account online, it says order processing and has been this way for 5 days now. Trying to activate the modem or router through the xfinity app just says "Sorry, we're having some trouble". Not sure what the next steps are to get my internet working, thought it would be easy since all the hardware is already there. Have tried deleting app and signing in and out.
